Alexandra Alvergne is a member of CNRS: The French National Centre for Scientific Research and was previously Associate Professor in Biocultural Anthropology and a Fellow of Harris Manchester College at Oxford University.
She seeks to answer questions such as why women discontinue modern contraception whilst in need of contraceptives, what the impact of infection on menstrual health is, how to better understand diversity in age at menopause and what the impact of is reproduction is on ageing.
